Engaging Prospects on Your Firm’s Website

Most firms develop a website to get found by prospective clients. It’s not enough, however, just to be found; you need to have the right tools in place to engage visitors. At Amicus Creative, we work to get your firm on the map and in front of new clients but that’s not all we do. We’re also experts at engagement and we’ve developed the most comprehensive attorney website system to foster interaction with prospects. The following tools are built right into our Site Manager and allow visitors to interact with your firm in a matter of seconds:

Click to Call Technology
In a perfect world, all website visitors would pick up the phone and call your office. While we can’t turn every visitor into a caller, we have developed the ultimate tool to foster more direct contact. Our Click to Call tool allows a site visitor to enter a phone number and our system will automatically generate a call between your office and the prospect. How’s that for convenience?

Contact Forms
For those visitors who aren’t yet ready to call, or are browsing your site after-hours, it’s important that you have an intuitive contact form that allows visitors to easily submit their contact information and questions/inquiries. At Amicus Creative, we offer all clients a number of forms which can be implemented throughout the site including a basic contact form and a more advanced online consultation request form. All submissions are emailed to the firm, and also stored in the Site Manager with advanced visitor tracking information, allowing you to follow-up with the visitor right away.

Special Reports
This Amicus Creative feature allows firms to post white papers or informational articles for site visitors. Prior to viewing the entire report, prospects and clients must first enter in some basic contact details at which point the report becomes immediately accessible. This allows firms to follow up with all interested parties.

Event Sign-Up
Seminars that are open to the public are a great way to engage prospects who may be looking for more information but are not quite ready to retain your firm. Amicus Creative’s event management system allows site visitors to sign up right through your firm’s website. When there are no upcoming events, our ingenious Site Manager will automatically place a “Prospects” form on the page where interested parties can leave their contact information so your firm can reach out to them when an event is scheduled.

Email Subscriptions
Many of your site visitors will likely be prospective clients who are trying to figure out their options and are “shopping around” for the moment when they are ready to retain counsel. These visitors may not want to call or even submit an online inquiry but they very well may sign up for an e-newsletter or subscribe to your blog so they can receive regular updates from your office. Our comprehensive marketing system has both of these options built right in!

Interactive Calculators
Most site visitors are on a quest for more information. In creating a site with informative content, you can address some of their concerns. Interactive calculators can also be a great tool, sharing standard calculations and demonstrating the need for legal assistance. At Amicus Creative, we have a plethora of content for a multitude of practice areas and we also offer firms an estate tax calculator and debt calculator, fostering engagement while delivering value to the community.
