Q: How much do you charge to prepare a Living Trust?
We disclose our full fee schedule at our Living Trust Seminar. Those that attend a seminar not only find out our fees, but they are also offered a free 90-minute consultation with an attorney in our office and a limited-time discount on any work they choose to do with us. The reason why we do not disclose our fees on the phone or online is because we feel that it is important for our clients to understand what it is that they are purchasing. What we can say with great confidence is that our prices are competitive with other comparable law firms that provide the same level of estate planning.

Q: How much do you charge to upgrade my existing Living Trust?
If you already have an existing Living Trust, we will provide you an additional discount to that which is offered to the rest of the attendees at our Living Trust Seminar. We understand that you’ve already paid for the expense of setting up your current Living Trust and we consider it like a “trade in”, which is why we offer an additional discount.

Q: How much will it cost to make any changes to my Living Trust in the future?
If you have any changes you want to make in the future, we will have you speak with or meet with an attorney in our office to make sure that we understand what changes you wish to make and counsel you with respect to these changes. We will then quote you a fee to prepare either an amendment or completely upgrade your trust. You can then decide whether or not you wish to proceed at that time, which we feel is the fairest way to do business.

Q: Does your fee include other types of planning?
No. The fee that is quoted at a Living Trust Seminar is to set up your entire trust, but it does not include other advanced-level tax planning strategies, such as the IRA Inheritance Trust® or Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts.
